ASL Video

FAQ

Question: I can't see the ASL videos! How do I fix this?

Answer: If you are having trouble viewing the videos on the lesson pages, make sure you have Adobe Flash Player installed. If you still need help, Youtube has more detailed instructions on their Video Issues page.

You can also download the videos used in the class for better playback on your computer.

You need a system that includes:

  • Windows 2000 or higher with latest updates installed or Mac OS X 10.3 or higher
  • Firefox 1.1+, IE 5.0+, or Safari 1.0+
  • A broadband connection with 500+ Kbps
  • The Adobe Flash Player plugin or you may be prompted to install a different plugin or player.
  • A browser that has javascript enabled. Read more about how to enable javascript on your browser on the Google Video Help page.
