Helen Keller

by William Elffers

Helen Keller because she just had so many odds stacked up against her and she prevailed through it all. She is a real inspiration to me because she showed hard work, determination, and a great work ethic and that can help anyone in life.

Agreed
by: Angela

I completely agree. Helen Keller was a huge inspiration for many reasons. In that time being deaf and blind was something that was not tolerated as it is today. Helen Keller was taught by a miracle worker, Anne Solivan, and was transformed into an amazing hero.

Fantastic!
by: Michelle Jay

You're right--Helen Keller was able to succeed despite everything that was fighting against her. I bet a lot of people doubted her in the beginning, but she rose to the occasion and accomplished so much in her life! Thank you so much for sharing! :)
