How Can You Use The Start ASL Online Classroom?

If you are looking to use Start ASL as your homeschool ASL curriculum, you have two main options:

  1. Use the class for Teachers
    • With this option, you would sign up as a teacher and your student(s) would sign up under you. You would get access to Teacher Resources (Teacher Guide, Lesson Videos, and Handouts), receive assignments submitted online, and see student grades. This option assumes that you will be actively teaching your student.

  2. Use the class for Students
    • With this option, your student(s) would sign up for the paid online classes and learn independently. This option includes all of the same lessons and activities, but is all taught online and your student(s) can complete the class on their own.

If grades are not important, your student can also use the free online Start ASL classes for homeschooling.
