These American Sign Language classes are free and completely online. They are also very good classes. They are based on the classes that I took in college and how I have been able to best learn American Sign Language.
These classes include both lessons and video clips so you can learn American Sign Language and see it in action! That is not something you can get from buying a textbook!
02-19-10: If you had been working on the units before the classes were edited, I think it would be a great idea for you to print out the new workbook as well as go back and review any new material that has been added to the class! I think you'll be very happy with the new information. :)
